Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Deck-Agent you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
2. Service description
Deck-Agent generates PowerPoint decks from a structured brief you provide via voice, SMS, web form, or email. Decks are generated by Anthropic Claude using the brief you supply. Pricing, refunds, and acceptable-use rules are documented inline at checkout.
3. Plans + pricing
We offer three plans: Free (watermarked one-off, $29/deck to unlock), Pro ($25/month for unlimited unwatermarked decks), and Teams ($39/seat/month with pooled credits + shared brand kit). Annual plans receive 17% off.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use Deck-Agent to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or designed to harass. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates this policy.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of every deck you generate. We retain ownership of the platform itself. We will not use your decks to train our models without explicit opt-in.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
